WHAT IS THE JIM’S NATIONAL REFERRAL NETWORK?

The Jim’s Group National Referral Network allows Jim’s franchise owners to ‘handball’ relevant business opportunities to each other via our online system.

Franchisees use the network to refer each other business from their existing customers.

For example, if a Jim’s Dog Washing customer expresses that they want to upgrade their car, JDW franchisee will recommend their local Jim’s Vehicle Leasing franchisee as an option, and refer them through the network.

Similarly, if a Jim’s Vehicle Leasing customer makes it known that they need someone to wash their dog, the JVL franchisee can refer the customer to their local Jim’s Dog Washing franchisee and refer them through the network.

This system works nationally, across a network encompassing every Jim’s franchise owner.
